Privacy policy

Nothing. This demo website is fully static: it has no server-side code, no database, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Anything you type into the inquiry form or the Kusina Assistant is processed only in your own browser and is never sent to or stored by us.

Inquiry form: the form checks your details and then shows a demo confirmation with a sample reference. The inquiry is not sent to anyone. Please do not enter real personal, payment or health information.

Chat messages: the assistant answers from prepared menu and FAQ information running in your browser. No AI model or third party is involved.

A real restaurant would connect the form to its own booking or CRM tools and publish a policy covering what it collects, why, where it goes and how long it is kept. This page is only a starting template for that.

Under the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you have rights to be informed, to access and correct your data, to object, and to request erasure or blocking, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. A real restaurant would list its contact for these requests here.
