Our story

Cooking inspired by home, and the table everyone gathers around

FourCuisine imagines a restaurant built on Filipino home cooking: slow-simmered stews, smoky grilled favorites and rice at the center of every meal.

Our dishes draw on regional traditions across the islands, because in the Philippines food is rarely eaten alone. It is passed, shared and always offered twice.
